How Long does it take to ship?

Time of delivery depends on the shipping at checkout. Custom items takes 1-2 weeks to be made then shipped. Items needed before can be rushed by paying a overnight rush fee.  Items can be shipped before time frame, but to give our self a safety net we give the given time frame.

How do I place a custom order?

This Section of the website shows all the items we are able to create and customize.

You have the option to choose from a Mens, Women or kids item. The price will Vary depending on the item you choose.

In the details you will list the size of the item needed and any details you want added to the jacket

You also have the option to upload photos . You can upload your real photo or any photo that would help us design your item.

Once the order is paid for we will send you a mock up (drawing) Via email or text for you to approve the design . Once the design is approved we will start making your order.

Can items be returned?

Dimi Rogue is a small company . All orders are used into growing our brand . We do not offer refunds unless we made a mistake on a item, then we will take full responsibility. 

Please note if you cancel an item that is resellable, you will be charged a 15% percent restock fee. 

Items that are custom made with a name or photo and custom size can not be exchanged or refunded. Stock items can be exchanged for a different size, or credit is given. Custom items Are subject to change if a stock item is customized. Full Customs are only allowed 3 revisions before printing 

Are jackets the only item that can be done custom?

Do your offer Wholesale?

We do not offer wholesale at the moment

Is It free shipping?

We offer Free shipping over 99$. We do not offer free shipping on international orders.

Can a kids item that I like be made in men or women?

Yes all items seen in any category can be made in Men women or kids.

How will I purchase if I do not see it in the category ?

Use the custom design link upload the photo of the item you want and any other details such as name etc. you want added and we will make the item for you. if its a stock item we will credit the extra charge

Yes we do

We are located in New York, and Texas so all items will be made and shipped from there.
